Jimmy Lin

Founder & Lead Physical Therapist

DPT, OCS, CSCS

Jimmy Lin is a Board-Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist with over 26 years of experience spanning personal training, hospital-based outpatient orthopedics, local sports medicine in Honolulu, and international work as a Sports Rehabilitation Specialist for Chinese Olympic and Provincial Teams. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, with advanced postgraduate training in orthopedics, biomechanics, running gait analysis, and sports movement — expertise directly aligned with the needs of today's endurance, field, water, strength-based, and agility athletes.

Beyond clinical practice, Jimmy is a husband and father of three who believes that health and performance extend far beyond injury rehabilitation alone. Guided by his faith, he approaches care with a deep respect for the whole person — recognizing the interconnection between physical health, emotional resilience, purpose, relationships, and long-term well-being. While his clinical specialty is sports and orthopedic rehabilitation, this holistic perspective shapes how he supports athletes in building durable bodies, sustainable performance, and meaningful, active lives.
